Today, venues rise in months, not years. Leagues, governing bodies, ownership groups, private equity, promoters, and producers move from concept to opening day on timelines that leave no margin for error.

 

The journey from idea to execution is no longer linear. It is a maze of stakeholders, vendors, budgets, logistics, approvals, and physical realities that must be navigated without fail. When coordination breaks down, costs escalate and timelines slip. When it works, the experience appears effortless.

The Boundary Group integrates into existing command structures, working alongside architects, engineers, contractors, and municipal authorities to keep programs moving as conditions shift and deadlines remain fixed. From concept development and strategic planning through operational readiness and gameday delivery, we own the outcome across every phase.

We exist to make that outcome repeatable. Comprised of a team of specialists they provide a broad range of services inclusive of, but not limited to governance, program management, construction, and operations. Founded by Will Madison, Chris Sheppard, and Brett Jones, we bring more than 50 years of combined leadership experience across sport governance, complex venue builds, and high-profile event delivery. We operate where timelines cannot move, scrutiny is constant, and outcomes are public.

Our expertise has been forged across international federations, major competitions, and complex venue programs. We partner with rights holders, organizing committees, and host stakeholders to translate ambition into executable plans, aligning decision-makers, sequencing operations, validating costs, and building the strategic frameworks that hold from first concept through full site restoration.

On the ground, our project managers and construction management teams coordinate vendors, oversee budgets and cost controls, and direct installation and breakdown across compressed timelines. We hold the critical path through competitive cost validation, multi-agency coordination, and hands-on supervision of operational facilities and site logistics. We also provide strategic consulting for discrete challenges,  resolving local permitting issues, navigating municipal requirements, or integrating new operational needs into an existing plan.
